The Coalimex building design scheme of IBSTAC archived the Second prize. This is one of many head office buildings of Huge Groups that IBSTAC joined to compete.
It will be built in 33 Trang Thi – Hoan Kiem – Ha noi. The area of site is about 1254m2 with 10 upper floors and 3 basements, this office building will be a landmark of Hanoi city building. The special point of this design scheme is combination of Asian and European architecuture culture. This scheme is high preciated by The Owner.
There were many famous inland and oversea architecture companies that joined this competition as FKA (Fender Katsalidis Australia), VNCC(Vietnam national construction consultants corporation)…The Second Prize of IBSTAC was archived to show the demonstrate the ongoing effort and and the boom of young architects of IBSTAC. Following the Arch. Trinh Anh Tuan – The Chief Architecture of the project scheme : The Board of Examiners were high preciated this project, it was combined between harmony classical and modern architecture of all street, also got the high score in technique design of building.
